CranfordTalk.org no longer has permanent, open registration. Instead, guests wishing to register can do so by registering through me, or during a period of open registration. This is the first such period since the institution of the new policy. Depending on the demand, I hope to do these regularly.

You are just as anonymous as if you are a guest. You only provide an email address. I block the email address from being viewed by the public. Free, throw-away email accounts are more than welcome.

CranfordTalk.org OPEN REGISTRATION will take place for four days starting Friday January 8 and ending Monday January 11. During this period, if you wish to register, look at the main menu bar across the top of the screen for the green check mark.

just a little curious, if you are just as anonymous if you register as you are as a guest, why not just make everyone register.

Most are comfortable remaining as guests. It's all the same to me. I don't keep registration open all the time because advertisers send robots to sign up for registrations to dump advertising here. Blocking open registration has shown to be effective in preventing the spam.
